Were you not satisfied with your purchase? No problem!
You can return it within 14 days.
Frame: The refund for the frame is 100% of the price you paid upon purchase, provided it is still in its initial intact state.
Lenses: Due to the fact that your lenses are especially cut to fit the frame you have selected and based on your personal prescription if you desire to exchange the same frame for a different color then we can fit the same lenses. If you prefer a money return or the construction of new lenses for a different frame then the refund is set at 50% of the price you paid upon purchase.
For the first frame or lens return we are happy to cover the shipping expenses. For any additional returns, the shipping cost must be covered by the client.
In case of an order mistake made by our company or the shipping of the wrong items, or items that are faulty in any way you have the right to return them and ask for a money refund or a replacement.
Before any case of product return it is strongly advised to contact our Customer Service Department.
We maintain the right to not accept any return which is not in line with our General Return Policy and to deny the refund of the initial purchase value.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Please contact our Customer Service Department so that they will guide you to your next steps correctly.
For the return of a product, the initial purchase receipt is necessary. After contacting our Customer Service you can include place the product in an envelope including the purchase receipt and send it to our address charging the shipping costs to us.
We bear no responsibility for mail packets which after being sent by the client they do not reach our premises. Therefore for the return of your products we suggest you use courier companies due to the fact that they provide a tracking number and it is possible to trace the packets.
The value of the return products will cover partially of fully the value of the products in replace.
For any mistakes in your purchases please inform us immediately. If you have received the wrong products we are deeply sorry about that Follow the Return Procedure and send the products back to us on our own expense. Any replacement will be sent to you free of charge.
PRODUCT CANCELATION
You can cancel your purchase without any cost provided the lenses have not been constructed or in case of *only frame* purchase the products have not been shipped.
